What Steve WILL do for you and your family:
- Make your project go as smoothly as possible
- Show up each day that work is scheduled to be performed (then he'll stay until the work is completed for the day)
- Give you creative practical ideas to help make your project fit your needs.
- Provide a complete schedule outlining the process, payment schedule, and timeline for your project
- Help you with acquiring permits, dealing with your HOA, dealing with the architect, and any other outside agency that is necessary for the project.
- Attend all inspections and work with the inspector(s) (the inspectors like Steve because he is knowledgeable and does things right)
- Leave the jobsite clean each day
- Protect your home and furnishings from damage and debris
- Will always be honest and fair
- Not make promises he cannot keep
- Charge only the amount allowed by the State Contractors Board
- Only ask for payment on work and materials that have been provided
- Stay focused on your project and not someone else's until yours is complete
- Whatever it takes to do the job right and on time
- Won't consider the job complete until you are completely satisfied with your project
Nightmares you won't have to experience:
- No sales games
- No promises to provide services we can't deliver on.
- Steve will not ask you to make a deposit that is over the amount set by the CSLB (the contractors board allows for a deposit upon signing of the contract in the amount of 10% of the contract or $1000 whichever amount is less).
- Steve will not ask for payment on work that is not completed.
- Steve won't leave your job to start or work on another project unless he has made arrangements with you before your contract is signed and includes it in your project timeline (it is a rare instance when 2 projects may overlap by a day or two).
- No dropping off the crew and running off to play golf.

Handyman daily Rate

- 1 Full day $500 (save $100)
- 2 Full days $950 (save $250)
- 3 Full days $1350 (save $450)
- 4 Full Days $1800 (save $600)
- 5 Full days $2350 (save $650 )
Hourly $75 (minimum 2 hours)
Full day = 8 hours daily overtime billed at $75 per hour.
