SJPeterman, Inc. specializes in residential remodeling. We work with homeowners and their remodeling project to provide high-quality craftsmanship and professionalism throughout all stages of the project.
We understand that each step of your project is just as important as the rest. Steve is a hands-on contractor. His attention to detail, and need for perfection, make him the perfect contractor for those clients who demand personal service and quality work.
We perform most of the labor ourselves, but when needed use only well-established subcontractors who have been selected because of their emphasis on service to our customers during and after the remodel project.
Steve's Clients trust him and know that he truly cares. His clients call him back again and again as they seek to improve their current home or to improve or add on to a newly purchased home.
What Steve WILL do for you and your family:
- Make your project go as smoothly as possible
- Show up each day that work is scheduled to be performed (then he'll stay until the work is completed for the day)
- Give you creative practical ideas to help make your project fit your needs.
- Provide a complete schedule outlining the process, payment schedule, and timeline for your project
- Help you with acquiring permits, dealing with your HOA, dealing with the architect, and any other outside agency that is necessary for the project.
- Attend all inspections and work with the inspector(s) (the inspectors like Steve because he is knowledgeable and does things right)
- Leave the jobsite clean each day
- Protect your home and furnishings from damage and debris
- Will always be honest and fair
- Not make promises he cannot keep
- Charge only the amount allowed by the State Contractors Board
- Only ask for payment on work and materials that have been provided
- Stay focused on your project and not someone else's until yours is complete
- Whatever it takes to do the job right and on time
- Won't consider the job complete until you are completely satisfied with your project

- 2 Full days $950 (save $250)
- 3 Full days $1350 (save $450)
- 4 Full Days $1800 (save $600)
- 5 Full days $2350 (save $650 )
Hourly $75 (minimum 2 hours)
Full day = 8 hours daily overtime billed at $75 per hour
